What are my Return Options?
You can return the items by sending it back to us. The shipping cost are to be born by the customer. The item and its box/packaging must be returned in its original conditions. Our return conditions apply.

What is the time-limit for Returns?
You can return items up until 7 days after receipt. If your order is faulty, contains missing or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.
Is my order eligible for Return?
Not all items purchased within the Sale section are returnable. Please ensure to view the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you checkout.
In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
- For hygienic purposes, the following products are non-returnable:
- Intimates: Underwear
- Swimwear, Bikinis, Swimsuit Costumes
- Returns that meet our policy are eligible for refunds in the original form of payment or Store Credit. Store Credit cannot be exchanged into cash or converted into a credit card refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
